Our On-Line Coaching Workshops are bespoke in design and provide leaders and teams a platform to engage in reflective dialogue with the benefit of a coach guiding the process.

The workshop focus is on exploring the subjective reality for organisational members, and then to objectively weigh perspectives and options that align with the organisations vision and future strategy. This engagement process, whilst exploring and acknowledging individual feelings and opinions, allows the coach to facilitate an unbiased progression towards making balanced decisions, that are objective in purpose.
All we require is advice around the organisational focus area and the desired outcome. We can then design workshop materials and activities, set up the meeting on your preferred platform, and schedule the workshop.
We then provide a post workshop debrief to confirm future actions. Workshops can be augmented by 1:1 coaching.
