Influencing and leading organisational culture development and operational capability is one of Eric’s core strengths. He is renowned for his expertise in developing leadership skills and efficacy and fostering a cross functional team culture through providing a moderating influence in communications, leveraging knowledge and resources.

He has worked in a leadership, consultancy, workshop facilitation, coaching and mentoring capacity with teams through to executive leaders implementing strategies to amplify self and organisational awareness, realise future potential and increase operational capability and safety performance.

He has worked with a diverse range of industries including energy, utility, transport, logistics, resources and exploration, civil construction, agriculture, health and education across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Papua New Guinea, Southeast Asia, United Kingdom, and the Middle East.

Eric is an Accredited Organisational Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and member of the International Coaching Federation.

He is a certified Behavioural Analyst (DISC), Motivators Analyst, and Emotional Quotient Analyst through TTI Success Insights, and holds Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Certificate of Attainment – Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor.

Sarah’s people focused approach to all aspects of business is driven by a strong desire to see individuals thrive through a supported, inclusive, and safe environments. With a background in Human Resources, Sarah spent 16 years with the world’s largest IT consultancy firm, Accenture, working across all business areas globally in the Mergers & Acquisitions team. Her work focused on the employee experience during times of significant change, it was in this environment where she was able to fully utilise her change management, executive and transitions coaching, employee engagement, internal communications, workshop facilitation, leadership, and culture analysis skills to create positive outcomes for both the buying and selling organisations and especially, the people.

Pivoting to the current day, Sarah’s focus is now firmly on supporting clients through bespoke workshops and coaching. By co-creating carefully designed offerings with organisations, the intent is to explore how individuals and teams can identify blockers, opportunities, and passions to support individuals to realise more rewarding careers and personal lives.

Blending technical knowledge, best practice, and field experience is important to Sarah. With this in mind she holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce (HR), PROSCI Change Management Accreditation, Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety, and is currently completing her International Coaching Federation Accreditation (she is currently an ICF member).
